Bletilla striata 'Big Bob'– Bloom Time: Spring.  Bletilla striata can be grown almost anywhere but does best in full sun to partial shade and in sandy soil with moderate moisture.  Make large clumps within a few years with flowering spikes up to 3’ and as many as 20 flowers per spike.   Extra large flowering size tubers.  Best planted in the Spring.    Hardiness Zone 6 – 10.
