I am pleased to offer a selection of Hardy Perennial Orchids for sale in the US only. All Shipments will be made either in the Fall (late-Oct/Nov) or Spring (March/April) as dormant plants. Complete growing instructions will be included with each shipment. Most plants are mature and flowering size, but some will not bloom the first year after transplant. If you are interested, let me know as soon as possible.  The easiest way to assure availability is to use a credit card, no charges will be made until the time of shipment, otherwise a  10% deposit is require with full payment before shipment.

Calanthes Species

Bloom Time: Early spring. Calanthe species are evergreen, shade plants native to Asia. They produce spectacular multiple, 1½ to 2 inch flowers born on spikes over 12 inches tall. All are considered to be easily grown in well-drained lightly shaded gardens. . All sold as mature dormant crowns. Best planted in Spring

Hardy in USDA Zones 7-9 and into zones 5 & 6 with winter protection

Lady’s Slipper Hybrids 'FRANCIS'

Bloom Time: Spring. ‘Hilda’ and ‘Francis’ are absolutely stunning plants. Both are classic example of hybrid vigor. Large plants and flowers in a variety of colors. Seed grown, flowering size plants. Shipped as bare roots dormant crowns. BEST Planted in FALL can be planted in the Spring by mid-April.

Showy Lady's Slipper - Cypripedium reginae

Bloom Time: Spring.These plants are also fairly easily grown especially in the northern climates (Zone 3-5), but require partial shade in warmer climate (Zone 6 – 8). The soil must be well drained and heavily mulched to keep the roots cool and moist. Shipped as bare roots dormant crowns. Seed grown, flowering size. BEST planted in FALL - all zones. Hardy Chinese Orchids Bletilla striata

Bloom Time: Spring. Bletilla striata can be grown almost anywhere but does best in full sun to partial shade and in sandy soil with moderate moisture. Make large clumps within a few years with flowering spikes up to 3' and as many as 20 flowers per spike. Flowering size tubers. Best planted in the Spring.

Ordering, Shipments and Payment

All shipments will be made only in the Fall: Oct/Nov and Spring: March/April timeframes. Complete growing instructions will be included with each shipment. All plants are mature and should flower the first year, although this is not guaranteed.

If you are interested, let me know as soon as possible. The easiest way to assure availability is to use a credit card,  no charges will be made until the time of shipment, otherwise a  10% deposit is require with full payment before shipment.

All shipments will be made by Priority U.S. Mail, unless requested otherwise. Shipping and handling charges are as indicated on the order form. Safe delivery of all plants is guaranteed. Any shipment that is received damaged or if you are dissatisfied with the plant material, please let me know immediately.
